Paul W. Reid, VP National Accounts - Investigations, of
Signum Corporate Services Inc was originally licensed as a Private Investigator
in the Province
of
Ontario
in 1976. Joining an international reporting firm, Mr. Reid became responsible
for the "hands on" investigation of insurance claims. For three
years he worked exclusively with Life Insurers in Metropolitan Toronto dealing
specifically with Disability Claim fraud.
Mr. Reid has completed courses in surveillance and investigation techniques
and has been responsible for initiating training, upgrading programs and investigation
manuals. He has an extensive background in managing special task force groups
and regional investigation offices, and regularly conducts seminars on the
efficient use of investigation firms.
Since founding Signum in 1984 Mr. Reid has been consulting with the major
Property, Casualty, and Disability Insurers in Ontario, in addition to the
Workplace Safety and Insurance Board.
He is a member of the Council of Private Investigators of Ontario, the Global
Investigation Network, the Council of International Investigators, the Association
of Certified Fraud Examiners, the International Association of Arson Investigators,
and the International Association of Auto Theft Investigators.
A life long resident of Toronto with his family, Mr. Reid is also involved
in various community service pursuits.

Jocelyne Frigault, Controller
Ms. Frigault has been with Signum since its' inception. Over the years she has developed administrative procedures and has hired and managed administrative staff.
She is responsible for the day to day accounting and financial functions of the business including accounts receivable and payable, budgeting and monthly financial reporting.
Other duties include investigator licensing, payroll, benefits and all other aspects of Human Resources.
She has coordinated special projects including the implementation of a custom database used to track clients, incoming assignments, sales, invoicing and investigator production.

Suzanne Fournier,
Manager, Background Investigation Unit
Ms. Fournier has been licensed as a Private Investigator in the Province of Ontario since 1995 holding both a Court Agent, Legal Assistant Diploma and a Private Investigation and Security Diploma through the Canadian School of Private Investigation & Security. Specializing in financial and general background investigations, including asset tracing and character profiling, Ms. Fournier is available to take assignments directly through the Toronto Head Office. In addition to managing her own work she co-ordinates a group of three investigators and maintains an evolving computer database system.
Ms. Fournier resides in the Durham Region with her family and is involved with community soccer.

John Good, Manager, Cobourg
Mr. Good is an accomplished Investigator and has been licensed in the Province of Ontario since 1996. He has handled investigations throughout Canada, the United States and the Caribbean.
Operating out of Cobourg, John is responsible for staff supervision throughout Eastern Ontario, which includes Durham, Quinte Area, Kingston as well as our Peterborough/Kawartha Lakes service office. He can be reached directly to assist you with your investigative needs.
As a resident with his family in the Northumberland area, John is active in the community, an avid sports fan and wine enthusiast.
